White Citrus Sangria

Prep Time5 mins
Servings: 8

  • 1 bottle dry crisp white wine such as a Sauvignon Blanc or Spanish Albarino
  • ¾ cup Cointreau or other orange flavored liqueur
  • ¾ cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup halved strawberries
  • 1 cup fruit of choice such as a mix of raspberries, blackberries, mango, or apricots or peaches if in season

  • In a large pitcher, pour the wine, Cointreau, and juices. Stir, and add in the fruit. Refrigerate until cold and serve with plenty of ice.

*The flavors develop as it sits, so I recommend making this at least two hours ahead of time and letting it chill down in the fridge. It is not overly sweet, so if you like your Sangria on the sweet side you can add agave syrup to taste.
