Tacos are fun and festive… and spice up a casual backyard get together. Start out with my super tasty margarita and some chips and guac. Pop the Cazuela in the oven to slowly bake while you and your friends relax and enjoy the evening. All you have to do is cook up fresh, Florida grouper, and warm your tortillas to serve (salsa can be made ahead of time). And the incredibly tasty Tres Leches cake is… well the icing on the cake.
For a sweet, floral twist on a traditional Margarita, add St. Germaine and elderflower liqueur.

Making fish tacos at home is fun! But when you use my cornmeal crusted recipe, instead of a batter-fried fish, it’s not only easier but healthier too.

This one pot veggie side has so much flavor you’ll want it at every south-of-the-border themed meal.

This dessert is one of our family’s favorites, and will put and exclamation point on your fiesta!
